A realter asked me to try to get a nice view from this property because her client was moving out and into a care facility. The new owners were about to move in so I had only a couple of days to get the shot. Caught it on a wonderful morning when there were scattered showers in the distance and the sun was breaking through. A metal print version of this is hanging in the entry way to Arroyo Grande Hospital.
